My bad, the code for Hard Mode is still in the game but there is no way to activate it anymore.
In stats.rpy and mcroom.rpy.

For those who have trouble getting NTR scenes to trigger properly you can use the following console commands:
momntr = 1
bigsisntr = 1
lilsisntr = 1
irianantr = 1
Combine it with below or above 5 relationship and disable it by changing the values to 0 again as needed. Some scenes only trigger with NTR off.
For those interested in experimenting with other variables here's the decompiled list of commands:
Caution: I don't know if any of these commands can mess with your game in a bad way.

There is no walkthough, just the hint on the cell and ask in here. game is pretty easy to get most things after the first play though and lot of people here have been playing from the start.

He hasn't been stringing anyone along. You don't know his situation, he has been very clear about him being busy in real life and that finishing the game isn't a priority for him at the moment.

No, he actually said that he's going to work full-time on the game now and promised to communicate more in the future. But none of that obviously happened.
Is it possible to just farm Love and Corruption points or is there a limited number of interactions with each person?

Love and corruption are uncapped. Some actions are determined by what you have most of and other actions are only available to you if you have at least a certain amount. By 100 love/corruption you'll have access to all actions that aren't determined by other factors, like progression.
If you have under 5 relationship with any of them that person will prefer other partners to you.
Some console commands can help you experience all the content easier. They've been discussed a lot recently.

I could've sworn I read a post from him a couple of days ago stating he was busy in real life. Regardless, people work at different speeds. As long as he isn't intentionally stringing people along, like many are saying ICSTOR is for an example, it's just a matter of voting with your wallet. Being bitter helps noone.

Creating these games take a whole lot more time than you think. I started a game, launched it and in a few months my personal life got in the way and I had to formally shut it down because I couldn't commit to a timeline and I didn't want to string anyone along. I am still working on it, but am doing it at my own pace and I want to get most of the game completed before I launch it again.
The story and the writing is the easy part and learning Ren'py, for example, is pretty easy. I already knew python so that helped but you really don't need to know it in order to get started.
TL-DR
Producing these games is a lot of work, especially when you are doing it by yourself. I am always amazed at the Devs who can crank out content on a monthly basis. So don't be too hard on the dev...

It's pretty easy to farm points, especially when you realize what times of day are basically empty and therefore free time for working. Condoms, flowers and chocolates are cheap.
I have no comment what you said. I have posted some message that I do not ask when the game get updated. I respect each developer(s) their own time to release updates. Also some people still do not understand how application and game been developed. Most of these games is a story layout with graphic image(s) and possible video(s). It is really depend on the developer(s) plan and how much they want to put their time into it. If the game is long, it will take time to do. Not only to develop it, test it and troubleshoot it. Which is my I do not have any comment what you posted.

No he made a decision to commit full time on the game after he lost his job (he said this around January) which means the money he earns from Patreon is clearly enough to get him by if he's commiting full time on this
