It was (justifiably) tagged as abandoned, and since the last update (this one, from March), is well on its way to being considered abandoned again.
Thermophob please explain for me if you wouldn't mind? It only lets me meet him once and then just shows them on the porch but unavailable for dialogue,so i cant keep choosing red?. Do i have a glitched version?Not. It's because the game is not finished. Anyway, like I wrote before, if you keep choosing the red, when you interact with the Martin, she will break with him. Only interaction will be repeating scene when they break off (2pm). Something like dead/missing stepdad who keeps appearing in basement orgy.
So, technically, he remains in the game, but only because, let's put it this way, progress of said game is lagging.
That's not completely true. If you make Cassandra yours, she will stop seeing Martin (except repeating breaking scene). So, there is no porch, no bar anymore.
IIRC that was one of the changes made for 0.94 in general. Some encounters no longer "happen" after their first time.
Other ways to break up Cassandra and her boyfriend are through her first weekend event (repeatable) and the bar in the evenings.
It should be noted, they don't actually "stay" broken up, as other events treat them as still being together.
This will no doubt sound quite stupid but I'm still rather new to this ,so should i look for the patch or would it be simpler to just download 9.4 version of the game?
No, 9.4b is the better version to have, as it fixed issues in 0.94 and the first patch (0.94a).

My friend turned me onto this game and another back when it was 9.1 i believe and i enjoyed so far.

With 9.4b downloaded do i still need to separately download any content patches+mods? Or is it all included in 0.9.4.b?
The main links for 0.94 are for 0.94 only, needing 0.94b (a patch) to be downloaded separately.
The compressed version (smaller size) is a full version up to 0.94b.
As for mods, it's up to you.
Ideally, play without first, then with.

From what I remember, the Dev bent the knee to Patreon, and effectively cut his own nuts off. The dude is scared of his own shadow now, there won't be any further development...until someone with a backbone picks up the story, and makes it their own.
Well that blows, seeing as how only 1 of 3 of the main characters story/date path is even half completed. You can't even trigger Cassandra's or Nicole's 3rd date segment.(the out to the City date)
The question is who will pick it up and continue on with it, if anyone?
Ideally, nobody.
If someone wants to do that kind of thing, they'd be better off starting from scratch and standing on their own merit, rather than putting themself through continuing someone else's work.
It's like playing a game's mod that "continues the story", and generally the content created either doesn't have the same quality, or is blatantly just their own wish fulfilment for what they want the game to be/to become.
