A full save won't do you much good considering there's no non-modded gallery and the mod gallery really isn't that great. I have individual saves for I believe every scene in the game but unfortunately that's too large to upload here.

I feel like I'm stupid but how do you affect relationship? I get love/corrupt but relationship seems to change without rhyme or reason. I'd assume it goes down if you try corrupt options when the girl isn't at that level to allow it but that only tells me how to decrease it. Are love options just generically +relationship as well so I need to do both or are corrupt women all meant to hate me?

Relationship falls daily. Interactions build relationship. You need to constantly interact with those you want to maintain a relationship with. Or bribe them; that works too.
Guys, I've been thinking about downloading this game. The amount / quality of content to date is good? I get that it's abandoned, but what we have is worth a playthrough?

The content is good but you should assume there will never be another update.

I replay this gem every year and always feel sad halfway through the game knowing there will never be a conclusion to the whole plot.

Which direction has more content the corruption or love route? Are they mutually exclusive, so I have to do 2 playthroughs?
I would say yes check it out, plus ckeck out the mod mad by SAZ. He's still working on that adding more to the game.

Whichever has the higher score is in play so you don't need a second playthrough, just raise the other higher. Each has about the same amount of content.

I can't say, there is in both sufficiently much. Maybe a touch more in the corruption.
Since you have to accumulate love or corruption points, I would suggest two playthroughs.
