At first I was thinking I was doing something wrong but am I right in assuming that this game has very little content as of yet, and the only "sex" scene is the HJ with the mother?

Yes. Right now the frame work is barely in place. Shopping isn't really there and he just implemented an unbalanced stats game. Probably a good idea to wait for the next version or the one after that for content to really start being implemented.

As saddo stated in the changelog he had some hard time with the point system. Reading the changelog it seems very clear to me that he is really aware that the system need to be balanced and modified.

I apologize but I don't really understand you. There is no option to remove the incest BECAUSE the official version is incest free as patreon rule.
