Too bad the dev didn't have the same spine as the MC for the game he was making. Patreon got mad at him, and he couldn't bend the knee fast enough, panicked and abandoned the game. Will have to wait for Patreon's replacement before we start seeing games like this again.

Patreon's rules had nothing to do with it being abadoned for almost a full year prior, or the time before that.

This goes out to SAZ. My humble opinion, on anyone who wants to continue this. I wouldn't in its current form. You can utilize the existing art in the most part. But the story, need to be overhauled. There is way too much going on with each character, multiple paths, different outfits, and the MC can have multiple paths. If you want your computer to set, there and render and render and render. Blah! Simplify the story. MC path, after returning home, MC is going to work his way up to king pin. They're selling drugs and running this out from that house. There is no moral high ground there. I forget if the MC is returning from military or college and walking into his family. Somewhat of slow burn, mastermind his way to the top. Any rival that blocks that path, they need to go. Remove the clothing aspect, they can wear whatever they want. Which will change on their continued corruption. dark path moving forward without all the forks in the road. it should easily be finished within, year of monthly updates. I would save the pregnancy bit for the end, happy harem ending. that is my two cents. The dev had some good stuff from his earlier work and hell even his attempt at this. But by himself burnt himself out. the current form is to much for one person.
I agree the storyline sucks, some of the characters are just too ridiculous to be believable but the idea behind the game was interesting.
The gameplay is boring in the extreme but that may be because the dev was limited in what he could do.
I would have changed the MC's character to one who was sent away to some institute for reforming juvenile delinquents after he got into all sorts of trouble as a kid.
Once he returns his options are then to either to return to a life of crime or go straight. that would have fitted with the game options much better IMO.
I also think it would be better if Bruce was MC's criminal father rather than some odd story about him being an undercover cop.
MC might not have even met Nicole and her daughters before, Bruce having met her after the MC was taken away.
That would remove the need for some way of avoiding incest in line with some sites policies.
Anyway it's all academic now, the game is as good as dead and buried unless someone has other ideas and resurrects the game in another form.

God how I miss this game, it had everything to be a masterpiece and still it was incomplete... I hope that one day the creator continues it and gives it a good ending since this game is a work of art

No, it means the one private (money laundering?) transfer was set up and is active. It is highly unlikely tier 5 has anything to do with this game.
Hypothetically IF someone was going to remake this game what would people want to see added or changed? I'm learning Renpy but I'm VERY far off being able to pull something like this off. It would still be nice to know what people would like? Would people care if the models were altered? Parts of the story? Would you want the game even darker in it's tone/themes? Again, I'm very far from doing this (if at all) but even if it was for another project this would be helpful to know. Thanks.

I get what you're saying but maybe I wasn't entirely clear. My project would be more of a spiritual successor than an actual continuation. A game in the same vain as The Tyrant but it would be from scratch. I'd rather do my own spin on it. I just want to know what general things people like about this game and what people would want to see done differently so I could potentially apply it to my own. I'm already fine with DAZ/Modelling so I just need to figure out Renpy. I also hate a few of the models use in this (none of the main girls). Sorry to disappoint people who'd like to just see this game continued. Maybe one day someone will pick it up or the creator will return...IMHO

I would echo your sentiments about the game.
Some of the characters are, as you say, ridiculous, the cops would pull them in every day just on their looks.
The plot is simplistic and unbelievable.
The MC should be Bruce's son rather than some obscure relative/son of a friend.
That way he can cuckold his father, who's a bit of a loser anyway, gets around the incest taboo too which some sites don't like.
Miranda as a cop?, nah, to stupid an idea to laugh at, and she just turns up to be abused?, again ridiculous.
Steve disappears and the only explanation is that Bruce messed up. No story there at all.
MC makes a couple of drug deliveries and hey presto he's in the gang, dear oh dear, what a weak plot line that is.
There has to be a better story behind his entry into the gang, his father is a gang member after all.
Now my pet hates, tattoos/ piercings, much prefer if they were optional, I find them ugly and they usually detract from a beautiful girls looks.

I also recommend not trying for a vanilla or corruption path. The vanilla crowd will bully you to either quit or submit to their demands. Stick to the corruption or NTR routs like the original. Make the whole gang thing believable...you really want to make waves, make it like an illegal immigrant takeover, and the father being a follower does what they say (like using his basement for a gang safe house or w/e) thinking it's going to keep his wife and daughters safe...only as it happens in those scenarios, it won't end well for the father and family...enters the MC as things are starting to get out of control for the wife and kids.

There's Love and Corruption, and the netorare is seperate from both. Alternatively, there's a Love Route, a Corruption Route and then there's Netorare, and each one has their own relevant stat.
The main differences between the Love/Corruption routes is dialogue and a few small, different scenes relating to their corresponding stat, and one major difference in regard to two of the women and the basement.
The "vanilla crowd" only ever went as far as bitching about the existence of netorare within the game, and responding to calls for more of it from those who voiced pro-netorare comments.
