I am a gang member, and the help says to meet at 10pm in the living room - but its still the same and the dialog says "bla bla not a gang member, then I stay with her here.." - And got the scene to sell drugs and the game says I can sell them, but I can never get into the basement ...

I'm wondering if there could be some tweaks to shift between NTR and sharing, based upon your relationship with Davide (if you share more with him, he shares more with you). I'm not huge into sharing in these games, but I think it makes sense in the story and with Davide's character.
