You can, in a way. The "girlfriend", if you want to call your sisters and mother that, can be your girlfriend. You also have Irina, that can also be your "girlfriend". But, there are different ways of them being "shared". If you go the NTR route, Davide and Dad will use those "girlfriends" when they want. Irina will get used by the owner of the tanning salon. If you go the route of making them your property, then there are moments that you can let others use them, except Irina. She is kind of on the outskirts when it comes to that. She kind of is involved in using your sisters at different times. When you are selling drugs, you can have mom and Cassandra give blowjobs to the customers. Later, when you get to the city visits, you can have your family being used in one way or another by city folks. In the basement, you can allow your girls (except Irina) to be used by Davide and maybe Dad (if he is still around). That is about all there currently is for the "sharing" option.

Well, it is kind of with Irina as well. When you notice her with the salon owner, you were on a date with her. You hear noise around the side of the house after you drop her off at her house. If you go to investigate, you notice him doing sexual stuff to her. I haven't seen a scene where she is actually getting fucked in her pussy, so not really sure.
