Roughly speaking, two thirds. Game is imagined in such way that you have three versions of each event, love, corruption, and ntr... Now, in the few first versions there was no much of action between MC and girls, which is kind a logical, as he needs to seduce them first, so there was a lot of complaints. Once game developed ammmount of content for all three routes is roughly balanced.

I kinda knew this would happen. Every Single game where you can 'supposedly' turn ntr off....it never is.

That is not ntr, and he is not a father of MC. MC's father left Nicole and his kids . Besides of it once you progress enough, you will steal her from him, and she will not touch him.

This game is amazing. One of my favorite non-linear games. However, I feel like I am not getting into each update (unless they only add like 1 scene). The one downside to openchoice games is knowing where to go and get new stuff to happen. This game used to show a green highlight around the location of new events! That was very helpful. But now I think that is bugged along with some scenes. It often shows the basement highlit when there is no option to enter there when I click on it. It usually occurs when Mom-dad and the black dude are in the living room.
Anyway I keep seeing the same scenes..should I just start over? Is everyone else playing each update from the beginning?

Green highlight happens not when you have a new scene, but when you have an unexplored option (obviously new scene is unexplored). So if you have a new scene that allows you to cum either in or out - in order for green highlight to disappear - you need to play both variations. It might get complicated - let's say 3pm shower - you have a choice of 2 holes to bang and 4 places to cum - total of 8 different sequences. And so on.
Also, green highlight might mean - new continuation for the already seen scene - like 7pm dancing.
Also - don't forget, sometimes green highlight is simply bugged (like it was with 8.5 update before the bugfix)
And yes - I usually start from the beginning each update. It's not that difficult - either do ingame cheats or simply drop a tons of condoms/flowers/chocolate (depending on your chosen route) on them to speed up the scores.

Thanks I got it. I agree the green thing seems bugged. But I get no new scenes in this last update. In fact everytime I go into the kitchen (even for lil sis) big sis asks about becoming a gang member AGAIN. its like a loop. I cannot progress in my gang developement. Just walk in on Mom with black guy a bunch (shower/by fridge).
Check the last bugfix in the 1st message of the tread. It suppose to fix a lot of errors (including inability to get Cass into gang)
well one just came out no that long ago so i say no sooner than a month for next

NTR "Hard Mode" may be off but you still need to have your relationship high enough to keep from being cucked. Nicole (Mom) is the hardest one to keep from NTR since her relationship points drop so much ever day. Give the girls gifts (Flowers, Chocolate) everyday or boost relationship points in the Cheat menu and they won't stray.
Maybe someone else can elaborate on more this. You just have to keep your relationship points and love points high with the girls (with giving Gifts, using Cheat menu) and do their dates on the weekends. Eventually after that happens Nicole/Mom will basically dump Bruce/Step-dad for the MC. It can happen regardless if NTR is on or not. I played with NTR on and just made sure the love and relationship points were high.
Also, there is still a bug where while on love path, a drunk Cassandra appears in the basement with Frank the salon owner at 5pm.
