I think it might be something to do with Patreon and their crackdown on porn games. Seriously, I don't understand why he doesn't just switch to subscribestar, considering they have a more open, hands off, and fair policy. They also let you use gift cards, for those that want to remain anonymous with their purchases.

in my opinion it had nothing to do with patreon-vanashing acts started way before they asked him to remove his first game from their site.i think its to do with the coding side of it,from what posts there are from people who know about it the game code is a bit of a mess requiring more work than it should.still getting £538 every month from idiots though no wonder hes silent

Despite what Gakkajj said in reply to you below;
NTR does not make up a good portion of this game.
There's basically as much NTR content, as there is non-NTR (strictly regarding against the MC). All of it is easily avoidable as well, and you never need to see it.
I'd say play it at least once, then (from wha others have said) play the SAZ Mod version linked in the OP.

Actually, there is twice as much of non-NTR versus NTR since most of scenes have love path, corruption path, and ntr path variations...

I love the Sadist path with SAZ mod and corrupting the women, just because, well I`m probably a sadist. I`m not into NTR at all but I did try NTR on the dark paths route and damn is Davvid a beast...literally splitting your sisters and mom in half Found it too hard to continue that route when the youngest got pimped out by that bastard and was getting multiple guys on her. You can completely avoid that stuff though.
