The dev released the game today for patreons and it'll be free for everyone in 3 days.
Changelog:
V0.0.14 - Patreon Exclusive, free version will be out in 3 days
Overall changes
-Anal sex.
-New maps for all areas.
-Need to drink now, bladder is now an issue, along with bowels.
-Hair dresser in East District.
-Ruby Glutton(Giant plant) can now impregnate the player, this has several scenes that occur over time.
-Quest.
-Enemies now spawn more or less in particular locations, plants like the forest, wolves like the plains.
-In the character creator you can select a pre-set (Androgynous is not yet implemented), as well as specify what sprites you want to use regardless of how masculine/feminine the game thinks you are.
Bug Fixes
-Previous hotfixes.
-Better sex logic.
-Fixed most sexual orientations toggles (Male on male, female on female, male on female).
-NPCs should refer to their genitals correctly.
-Enemies now spawn more or less in particular locations, plants like the forest, wolves like the plains.
-Jobs now use correct amount of stamina.
-Thirst/Hunger need greatly reduced, should require 1-2 meals/drinks a day.
-Tooltips throughout(Not visible on mobile).
-Wolves/Ruby Glutton no longer try to jerk themselves off.

-Wolves will still get the player to jerk them off, not sure if this is a bug or feature, but reads as if its a human doing it.

Would be great if someone could clarify what/where the incest is in the game, or remove the tag if it doesn't actually exist.

I wasn't able to find it in the game yet, but I imagine it has alot to do with you "siblings" at the orphanage later in the game (not yet added?).
If possible, I would love to be able to edit the names and appearances of those sibling characters! Also blood vs not blood relation.
Yeah, the only thing I could find was the "Brother" or "Sister" you can say goodbye to at the orphanage when you start the game, though it very clearly states that they aren't actually your sibling, and they seem to completely disappear from the game after saying goodbye...
In one of the prints it shows a H cup size, but it isn't possible to put it, right? I can only get mine to E...

Bladder and bowels are indeed an issue. I've had to shit and piss for a week... but all I can do is toss it in the toilet. I guess shitting is a skill I lack? =p

press Esc and options and click what you dont want (i assume thats how to disable)
thats what i done and dont have the hunger and bathroom problem anymore like i did at the start of game

why not just set up character creator the classic way male/female and adjust our sexy bits,etc as we please

Good thing it's possible to deactivate need to shit and piss. I'm not into having to do this even on porn games.
It looks like that Resident Evil 4&5 thing of finding big sacks of money/ammo/whatever from mouses, ravens, fishes and so on. Not that I am complaining; I like stocking resources.
Most logic seems to work with a female PC. But Male PC is strange.
1. Female enemies get stuck in a perma lust mode. They will literally spend forever having sex with your male MC if you let them. This gets even more awkward past a certain point where they all become willing to continue having sex while your character is punching them the entire time to get the scene to finally end.
2. Missionary is busted. Female enemies cannot orgasm from missionary sex. They do from doggy style, but not missionary.
3. Male PC has no self control when it comes to temptation. Female enemies don't try to go for cowgirl if they want to initiate sex, instead they choose a position they want and try to tempt the PC into doing it. The PC will always agree in this case. This gets even more weird when your char doesn't have monster curious/lover but still sees a wolf present itself and thinks "Yeah I'll tap that" without any hesitation. The PC giving into temptation is a fine idea that I assume should be more fleshed out in the future with traits/lust/control playing a factor into whether they do. But otherwise, female enemies should be a little more forceful with sex if the PC isn't at that point.

Nope, that exact thing happens with a female PC too. I'm slashing them up with a sword and they just masturbate or strip haha.
