Bullshit. There are plenty of H-Games on Steam that are more degenerate than this.
There sure are, but there are also plenty of games less degenerate than this that have been banned or blocked from ever appearing on Steam. Steam's moderation of NSFW content and what is and isn't allowed is a complete crapshoot. There are a few things that will just outright block you from getting on there, but even if you don't have them it's basically a random roll of the dice whether you get through.

, pretty much the same plot, a heroine gets captured and experimented on, sometimes to extreme measure, but does lack the gore/violence aspect compared to this game.

, you beat up women to submission and violate them. Sure it's laced with parody and jokes, but still 'violence'.

Both and are still accessible as well despite having similar theme and degree of degeneracy.

EDIT: Actually, is that the case? The fact that you can explicitly kill the heroine through either the bow or other damaging thing is the thing that caused it to be pulled?

Both OL and WL are demos that haven't been updated in a long time. And WL is compliant with Paypal's requirements for its content, so Paypal's would be equivalent to Steam. Most games that use Patreon for Porn, aren't compliant, but aren't big enough for them to get Paypal's attention to this, unless someone reports them for a potential violation.

As for Steam, here is a nice link to explain things:

Likely the reasons why the game was pulled:
#1 = Hate speech, ie speech that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination against groups of people based on ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation.
#5 = Content you don't own or have adequate rights to.
#7 = Content that is patently offensive or intended to shock or disgust viewers.

#1 = Torture and rape of a woman because of her profession as a vigilante, could be defined as hate speech.
#5 = A lot of characters look like trademarked characters, like Tifa. Japanese companies often issue takedown notices if someone uses their character without their consent as they don't have fair use laws.
#7 = Torture, rape, humilation, forcing her to pass out, pee herself, etc... are all content that could be defined as offensive or intended to shock viewers.

Could be a combination of the three.

Also can't remember, but did they properly label the game as Mature content? That would do it too.

Death of asphyxiation from your giant dong blocking her wind pipe does sound a likely reason

The only rule this violated, as with any other banned game from steam is having fallen on the queue of one of the moralfag content moderators.

It's practically a russian roulette if the game is gonna get banned or not, moderation is inconsistend as fuck. You'll have "My Bullied Girlfriend" and her gigantic bazongas banned because somehow "exploitation of children" meanwhile Life is Strange 2 gets away with actual underage romance / implied sex scene.

Or it violates multiple rules that any reasonable person would say is objectionable content. I'm all for the game, but I don't think Steam is a great distributor for that. Itch.io or BMT Micro would be significantly better for that, but doesn't have the reach of Steam.
