When I load into the tutorial I can't summon/load anyone and the mission tablet the bot tells me to go to says in development. Am I doing something wrong? I am also unsure what they meant in the instructions about drag in the patch

It's that this thread is actually from the dev and/or his promoters, he's using this (and also others in different pages and everyone of them are always outdated) to catch people through psychological markering strategies, that's why the thread is never updated, that gap is what get people horny to get the latest version so badly and sometimes release their money for it.

Thats not quite right, I have been in this threat from the very beginning and you can see Znel used to provide support here and was trying to reach an agreement with us to not leak his game for a while and in exchange he would develop some features we requested.
We actually stop posting links of his game for 6 months as he requested and he delivered the features, he even shared a demo version in here. But we don't wanted demos so we started leaking his game again now that the agreement was over.

That was the last time we saw him in here, he is obviously not happy his game is being shared here hence he bans anybody participating on this thread.

There's always an agreement behind that we just can't see or verify my friend. If someone gives you a service for free it's because you are the service (us in this case, a big community, a big amount of potencial customers), and the same applies with those "favors" he promised in the past over here, that was "allowed" just for publicity. Naivety doesn't exists in this business world sadly.

Not considering this was only gofiles which is not as popular as Mega or immune as Terminal.

In conclusion, I don't think he has an agreement here, is not cheap, not that valuable and if he had, he would act accordingly by taking benefit of it and spamming us with his ads and not banning people.

Is not that this seller of a product would be evil, it's that everyone are kinda like that. It just depends of the point of view you take to analyse the things, that despite the fact that we're also talking about an unfinished product.
