In fact, from an objective PoV we are more inclined to be the evils. Taking away the Objective PoV I do consider me a bandit, I love to not pay, to steal his game. But that is why I ignore this fact and rather do an objective analysis.

We should just embrace what we are, stop justifying, we steal from these fuckers regardless of them being evil or not.

I think you are overestimating this forum; regardless of that, is not cheap. Last time I checked a link shared in gofiles (you can check the download stats there) just after 1 week the file was already downloaded more than 3000 times, this is worth 24k of this Patreon $8 tier and represents 87k of the Itch $29 cost. How is this cheap?

This calculation is wrong because you assume that everyone who downloads a game for free would pay for it if they had no other option. I think the proportion of people who pay is much smaller. At most 5-10%. If at all.

Same happened to me, and I just liked a post for v43 or v42 i think.

I was really thinking about buying it because the character editor has something to offer, but this kind of behavior (if it's true) puts me off..There are countless games I've bought or become a Patreon for after playing them for free here. Because they were good and the developers were nice. I have no problem spending money on things I like. Maybe I'll change my mind when it's on sale at itch (at least 70% ^^) , we'll see.

That's because the itch.io page only updates when another build drops, and always stays 3 builds behind, specifically to incentivize you to pay for the patreon.

You can buy this game for 9 bucks and then stop your pledge you know..but it gets boring after a while, same same.
Create a new character and do the same thing to them over and over again.
