To put it simply, depending on your pick, you'll get different reactions and scenes with the character. Love is simply more romantic whereas corruption is more slutty?
Though you will have to wait for updates to really see a difference. Current build doesn't have much content on that yet.

Regarding the pregnancy, I'm planning on making much more pregnancy content but I haven't decided on the characters yet. Also the next update will be focused on Sophia! Keep it going dev! I am a huge supporter of good 2D art like this. I'm excited for Sophia scenes! Looking forward to get her pregnant hehe, if that's a part of your planned content. As much as I would like that, it is still your choice as the dev. Ultimately I love a good lighthearted story and this game is on the right lane.
