Patreon version has some exclusive sex scenes you can't see in the public version. However it was possible to see some of the patreon exclusive scenes in the public version via a hidden folder in the renpy game folders but not sure if he fixed that

I just noticed the patreon version was of the last update (0.152) and the public download was of the current version 0.156.

It's soon coming to an end. They seriously needed reworking though. Especially if I'm ever to release this on Steam.
