I have the same problems as

I don't know how to progress in this game?
I have 0 Strange (don't know how to get any)
i have 0 Knowledge (don't know how to get any)
i have not seen a single LEWD event!
and i don't know who Jane is?

Now that I played the other game from the dev it really feels like this game is way worse in design. It's strange.

Sooo.... It like... 0.19F do not include ANY of patreon version content, YES?
Cus, it sound mystireus, 0.19Paid have larger file even 0.19F... Even it older version, but larger file....

v0.19F just means v0.19"Free". The paid version v0.19 is the one you want to download.

v0.19F includes the old Patreon content, yes. V0.19P has more content than v0.19F, hence the filesize.
Something is broken, I start a new game and it starts the halloween event immediately before I got time to name characters and it all goes to hell.

is there a bug where u cant go to the living room. Tried clicking on the door but no response
Started a game with custom relationships and I keep getting ren-py errors whenever a certain name variable I wasn't asked to set up comes up. for example if I move the mouse cursor towards the bedroom of the other character that isn't Brenda or the MC (i think it's Kate) I get the error message
