If you know how to open the Console, then you can type

RealMoney = 99999

the number on the right is the amount you want.

I forgot the link but look up UnRen on this forum, you can use that to enable Console and then open it inside the game with Shift+O.

You have to view it in the gallery, but it won't have the music playing just the animation

But this sisters face is Awesome, and her ass is more normal sized.. so will restart if I have to.... well the scene where she cries is when I decided I liked the game, thought it was sweet ish for the type game it is.

Yes same here and yes this one is the Patreon version but it seems the Dev figured something out to lock Patreon only Scenes twice, wouldn't surprise me if we face the same in future Updates as well.
