I played up until Ch 14, then I decided to put it onhold because there was no sex at all with the 3 main girls.

The OP says that there is an Official Android version of the game, going so far as to say in the Developer Notes that there are two separate .apk files.

There isn't an Android release as of yet for Chapter 20. I went and checked whenever I got the notification it had made its way here. Guessing there was some issue.
If you want it patched you will need a port anyway unless you want join Discord and ask the dev (obviously you need to be Patreon unless you're asking about the public version which isn't one yet).
It's not terribly uncommon for there to be delays on access to builds other than Windows. In fact, for a long time, there were no leaks of the taboo Android version of the game, and that lagged back to the latest public version released.
However, normally the latest version available for Android remains listed on the OP. There's no listing now at all for the Android versions (standard or taboo). This is not normal. (And, unlike when the mods stopped supporting the community content links for ports/compressed versions, to the best of my knowledge this isn't a site-wide change.)
