VN Ren'Py The Way Love Goes [Ch. 28] [Naughty Skunk Games]

Just started to play this again and not haveing played since pretty much the first ever release.
And I have already hit an anoying snag.
So I'm wondering if its a constant in this game which will be a total turn off for me.... atleast.

Basically Its a choices that seem like choices but then don't turn out to be choices.
I'm one of them awkward players that often plays more than once just to takes both choices.
If for no other reason than to see if there is a difference.

So after getting told she noticed and being then called a pervert for looking up Lilly's skirt on the stairs.
Which is fare we was perving I then go back and this time I don't look up lilly's skirt.
And I'm happy to see it's all good as this time I'm not called a pervert because unlike the first playthrough I didn't look.

The games of to a great start I'm likeing the game sofar then not so great.
You see we wake up the next day and remeber peeping on lilly in the shower because well we did.
Atleast on the previous playthrough we did.

However on this secound playthrough we Didn't we totally and deliberately ignored the open bathroom door.
And lilly taking her shower.
And yet the very next morning I'm remembering peeking on her in the shower which is totally impossible.
How can I remeber something I should have no memorry off because I didn't do it?.

So I gotta ask if anyone thats played beyond this point could tell me? and before I atempt to play again.
Is the rest of the game like this?.
Because frankly if it is I'd rather forget about and delete it now.
And go find something thats do's actually remeber your choices.

I'd rather a game that has no choices than one that seems to ignore them.
It would be a shame though because apart from that it seemed like it would be a good game.

Are you using the taboo patch or playing "unpatched"?

There is a fix for the "non-patched" version.

You must be registered to see the links

To avoid running into errors beginning with the changing room scene in ch 20, please use the fixed script file I posted at the bottom.

There is a dev fix only for people running the "non taboo patched" version.

So I've played up to no.19, now much more content is there in 20 and 21? The changelog just says N/A a lot....

Probably needs a better spell checker inside his editor. VSCode comes with Grammarly but I was using Notepad++.

It's the same all over the game, choices don't matter, you can select anything you want you will still get the same script and dialogues in the end, and that's very frustrating.
For example, I've tried a playthrough where I selected all the negative points for Megan, but she still loves MC to death and they still go on a date and fuck in chapter 20. Her score is minus 20 in chapter 21 and it doesn't bother the dev at all since I'm still getting ALL the scenes with her.....

The patch is only if you are not using the taboo/incest patch, if you were using that and overwrote it, that could be it

I'm not using the taboo patch, and the patch I downloaded fixed the problem with the dressing room crash, but I encountered another crash when choosing to have sex with Megan.

Not sure, when I was a Patreon not currently atm, there was nothing mentioned about that, just the dressing room patch.

You can try the multi-mod and see if it fixes it. He has tabbo and non-taboo mod.

I used taboo patch, and had no problems throughout.
