Or, maybe, they're just a dev who makes the game that they want to make, irrespective of what some people want.
Disregarding what some people on a pirate site want from his game doesn't really warrant that label, to be fair.
n.b. I also prefer finishing inside but, hey-ho, that's just not this game. There are plenty of other games that do give the option.

IRL this would make sense to a degree in certain places because we have a ton of people who just want to have all the sex they can have without the consequences of knocking someone/getting knocked up but in a game where these sort of things only happen if the creator programs it like that makes it make very little sense.

Plus pulling out isn't a good way of preventing pregnancy iRL, either. Just have them be on the pill FFS.

The pill isn't a sure fire way to prevent pregnancy either. In fact every single method people use to protect themselves while engaging in sex from condoms and pill to Getting a vasectomy and getting your tubes tied have the possibly of the person getting pregnant if we are being real.

There are only two ways I can think of that are 100% in this area. The first is not engaging in sex at all which most refuse to do. The other is sleeping with a partner who is 100% incapable of getting pregnant/getting a woman pregnant.
