One thing to think about might be to try using indoor HDR environment maps, they would look a lot better than backdrop images but should render a lot faster than having actual world geometry.

Except when there are dark areas, the rendering is too long. well, they are more or less the same with few different that not that matter yet (which probaby will matter later) like in Daz, the little sister isn't corrupted yet,while in HS she is, for matter of pacing. The story progression is quite the same overall as I run them in parallel with alterationI haven't played or downloaded either version Yet!!
Should the HS version be played First? Does it Matter??

Tbh, for this one,the current direction is making a tidier parallel version of the HS version, the reason i said that if the HS version got one this one will also planned to get one, but, it's all still a plan,and i actually not yet decide what the fixed direction for the Daz remake, I'd said in my last month patreon talk that this one will mostly contain what acceptable from HS version and trying a new possible directionBalladiasm will this be like the other one centered in ntr ? or you are going for a new game with this one? id like to know that.

You can read Developer notes for more detail. from what I understand the difference is software used for rendering for different output and some minor changes in story.I haven't played or downloaded either version Yet!!

Okay, he'll do whatever he wants with the use of light.No, I mean going much further than that, not having any actual world geometry at all.

No actual geometry here at all, just the guy, a shadow-catcher plane and an environment map. It's just one step above a flat background image, the point being that the angles match up.
