The loop for Davids final event is still there. Or do I have to redo everything with new Playthrough? I used the previous savefiles

I suspect using old savefiles would keep giving the same error. Please send me your save so I can make sure though, and I can try to manually modify the values on your savefile to fix the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience, we haven't found a way to fix bugs consistently with older savefiles.

Could you perhaps post to text to all endings, and is the 1.5 walkthrough correct? Are there three endings (demon queen, apprentice and devout)? The endings seems to imply four (purifying angel, dark flock, apprentice, queen).

Furthermore, I can't take the decision to take the Incarnation ritual, David, when I turn him into a female, is in a loop. (The question being, does he need to be a male? Am I able to change a variable in the save to make him a male? I've played 2.5 hours to the epilogue, after choosing his gender...)

Edit: It took me almost an hour, but I got there again. I am still unsure whether that was a glitch, and whether the female david should also be able to. His scene also wouldn't end, when entering his room.
Kinda sad that ritual happenings aren't added to the stats, and that that last choice is so inconsequential, rosary does naught.

Ideally I'd have loved to have an end-game focused on becoming the greatest demon, but great, nevertheless.

Glad you liked the game! The Demon Queen ending does have some content in the epilogue that describes becoming a greater demon and such, but I get your point. By any chance, did you use an old save for this run? I thought I fixed the David looping issue but it seems it's recurring. The game has been going on for so long now it's kind of hard to track bugs, as there's a lot of "moving pieces" and a lot of things can go wrong at any time. Giving the Rosary David's body is only available if he's a male, yes. Hopefully we can add at least one or two events relating to the Rosary's posession of David, but so far it's more of an easter egg than anything else.

Sorry, I don't. If you want to play multiple versions, etc. I recommend you become a Patron and unlock the Naughty Kitty Cat version which has cheats so you can quickly get back to where you were if you lose your save.

I'm having an issue with the girls stamina at the brothel. I have slept for 4 days now and no one's stamina is resetting. It worked the first week after depleting them but not anymore. Am I correct in thinking the stamina resets after a few days? If so, how many?

I believe it resets every Monday or Sunday night.

I believe maybe you left a trailing space in webm paths, so e.g it's <video loop autoplay muted src="images/Day 5/Naomi/confessional.webm "> and can't open

Great catch!

Though the problem isn't the trailing space but the game('s creators) being somewhat inconsistent with self-closing <img> tags. I corrected all 89 occurences grep could find. Let me know if I missed any. Thanks!
