Does removing the file delete the virus did not start the game also Bitdefender says file is clean

Oh wow, I remember this game. It was extremely text-heavy, which made using a text hooker back in the day a giant pain in the ass. It's been out for years and I think the last game in the thing is kind of in dev hell... but the fact someone(s) has done a translation is rather interesting.

I've also done a check with BitDefender Total Security antivirus which showed CLEAN. So it's a false positive I guess.

In my perspective, there are some choices but can't say many. But it's a long game for sure
