Whenever I click the attachment it just opens the script in a new tab doesn't download the file or anything
I'm not sure. It doesn't show up in your browser's download folder? Or any other download manager you use?
Do one thing when it opens up in a new tab press Ctrl+S and save it as script.rpy in game/scripts folder. Delete the old script.rpyc file. Make sure the extension is correct, it shouldn't be .txt. I have also posted it on my subscribestar page. You can download it from there.

My problem is this:
The first time I downloaded your file (thewitchinghour 0.8), I looked in the browser's download folder (Firefox), and the file wasn't there.
The second time I tried to download it, it downloaded it, then I tried to open it with WinRAR to extract it. It opened the WinRAR window, but when I tried to move the files to another HDD, it gave me an error saying the file was no longer available and had also disappeared from the download folder.
The strangest thing is that Windows Defender didn't report anything, and it's not even in the history.

Game needs to be fixed. It keeps on taking me to the main menu. Other members here have stated the same thing...
Hi. Can you disable your windows defender or any other FireFox's extensions and try? Or maybe try a different browser to download the zip? I'm damn sure there is nothing wrong with the zip, as other users didn't report anything like this. Or just to be extra sure download the zip from my subscribestar links, it's free.
