I played the jpn version. It has a little gore from what I saw so far, though most of it is in environmental storytelling (i.e. you will see a girl ripped in half in-game sprite on an operating table, not much pixel detail, some of the enemies have tentacles coming out of them, etc, good deal of it leans more light body horror). Most of the porn scenes are monster/monster birth/tentacle and are mostly gotten through picking up documents/experiment logs which act like "memories" of what the other girls do. So far no real gore in any of these, just pretty intense tentacle/monster pron. Some of the girls do have covered up injuries though like a bandage over an eye.

So from my brief experience while it has some gore or maybe gore-adjacent stuff, it's not a lot and not the focus of the erotic stuff. I think the dev primarily makes short cg sets and manga/comics, which makes sense as the game really mostly feels like a CG dispenser which sucks since the visual presentation is great.

Haven't finished the game yet so who knows how much worse it gets but I haven't seen any explicit gore as a scene, just a bit of environmental storytelling i.e. a secret research center gone very wrong.

Heads up don't die to the sewers boss , it locks up the game. Dying doesn't seem to trigger different scenes as far as i saw.
