She's somewhat similar to Amazon's Yuuka office lady:
serious+dignified+proudful+mature+easily annoyed+suave+professional.
Honsetly it's best if you play the game to get a full grasp of her character. You can also check out Izumi bots on Janitor.ai, if the character's definition are visible.
