Version 1.6.2 is up. I decided to share this update a bit before the June 18 release so I could have less presence on the site from now on. For the shorts I will still have to make a release because if you don't get at least a portion of them you will not know if you like them or not. Aside from that I will only release stuff when it's completed/there is a substantial size increase. Like Stellar Justice goes from 20% completion, which is where it is at right now, from 60%, and then I take a deep breath and make the update. Aside from that I won't be here. I don't make the rules I'm just a leaflet. It's gonna kill my channel financially so that's great. But I will try to continue and finish stuff as much as possible.

Sorry about that. The graphic assets I have for the rework speak for a darker story that is a lot more centered around the worst that human beings could do. I had to change the story in accordance.
It's not like the old version was all that very good anyways. I don't know how long are you following this game but it's just 3 people telling me how everything I make sucks while everyone else is silent. I follow other developer's works, and even the small ones with just 3-4 subscribers have at least 1 or 2 people who tell the devs they like their work. But in here it's just negative criticism nonstop. So the old version is literally the worst fucking thing that anybody ever shared on this site.
i loved the old story that could be like a darker than a version of fallout 4 or even starfield because you start out free get into trouble and work your way through the alternate timeline just as a recycler wood good ideas are never bad just fuel like frostpunk 1 and 2 and other games inspire by C&C
You can free yourself in the new version (1.6.2 and onward). So you can get out of the mess, get into more mess, take revenge on those who enslaved you etc. But it does start with the enslavement because it is darker.

i get that. you can make of a dream sequence a very short one for people that want to start free you can reusing the older versions clearly marked as alternative time line so that some people that love the original can have there version and thanks i love that you are the only one that understand me wen it comes to games and storylines

It's very difficult for me to make stuff with the ai images. The good ones like the one with Elena took multiple days of sitting down after work. The bad ones like the portraits took multiple hours to do. In the meantime I can make a render in 10-15 minutes and make like 10 in a day. this way i can have a volume that makes people occupied. The only downside is the cost. The environments I use for 1.6.2 are cheap but I'm also bound by them story wise. I have to match the tone they site otherwise the game won't work.you're welcome and i love testing stuff if you need help testing stuff i would love to help less cost for you

Best way to learn is by doing it. If you can write, you can probably figure out how to use Twine to make a game.
I think therein lies your problem. Your projects feel like you don't have a story mapped out, so you kind of change it every other release. That tends to be confusing or irritating for people. They tend to like continuity. Even if it is the continuity of the bastard lovechild of a talentless hack and a scammer just continually stringing them along with incessant lies about how much work he's doing on that awesome next scene that continues the same story. (Surely you can guess which game I'm talking about, and know it's still raking in 4k/month?)
So maybe mapping out a story and sticking by it would be the way to go for more and more positive feedback?
I don't know. So far everything that happened was different people explaining to me how everything I make is garbage. But if I do something different than that's the problem. So I don't know xD Maybe I want a different group to follow these. Like one that believes that the NSFW dev they follow deserves other things than they explaining to them how everything they make is garbage.

Sorry for the little rant but I wanted to point it out. Even if you have devs with 3-4 subscribers there are people who let the dev know they like their work on f95zone. In here it's just people telling me how garbage it is. So I don't know what is actually to be preserved here. 1.2.51 is literally the shittest thing that was ever uploaded on the site.
