Not sure but I do know it's possible and not even that difficult. I know no one cares buuuuut......
Accents & dialects are significantly less of a shift than diff languages but the same principles apply. An example everyone reading this can agree on; JAV actresses 'moan' via high-pitched squeals whereas 'western' women in porn do not. This is where being bilingual (or better) is essential to understand this. Anyone that speaks more than one language knows this is iron-clad truth. It was more about what i wasn't saying, the screaming part is the easiest thing for them to do its a given, if they're lucky they get to film a bunch of vanilla scenes and call it a day.
