I had the same problem, I had to rename the two files so that they had the same name otherwise 7zip didn't want to find the second half of the archive. For example:
All of em. the link that supposed for the stills goes to part 1 and the link that supposed for part 1 goes to the stills

7zip only unpacks the first file
winRar refuses to unpack and reports the second file is damaged
