And there actually IS netori (Vivian, he steals her from victor - and also officer Justice is one of the main Love Interests, too, and she is married ). You will understand after you have played the 2nd part - even more after the new update which will be out tomorrow (we have to delay it for 1 day because some last minute renders/animations weren't ready)

indeed:
in CORE TEAM there are:
1.) Mr Dots - CEO - organizing, coding, rendering, (making things difficult XD) and paying the bills
2.) HearszAM - 2nd in command - scene writing, some coding, some PR
3.) Hyperserver - scene writing, scene setups, background story writer, also some coding and PR
4.) Mistress Elemental - rendering, animations, coding

aside that, we have some more guys in team:
- Kasami - rendering
- Moodev - rendering, animations
- another one (which i can't remember the name, as we work on different parts) doing animations and rendering too
plus:
1-2 hired Freelancer from time to time to take over some render work
