I finished chapter 5, but I'm missing a scene with an unknown girl that I couldn't find. She should be a blonde girl, but I don't understand what I have to do to see the scene. It's towards the end of the chapter. Do you know how I can see it during the game?

that scene is mutually exclusive to Ariel. It's kind of a "sex filler scene" for those who aren't on Ariel path for whatever reason. It's a minor stand alone scene without any impact on the story at all.

simply by not being on her path - meaning avoiding to get any hearts and reject her wherever you can.
In other words:
The bimbo girl scene is not meant to be seen at all by "normal" mindset. It's there for those who, for whatever reason, don't like Ariel and avoid all of her scenes at any cost, just so they also have some lewd scene to see.
Believe me - you don't miss that much by not seeing the scene - it's a complete minor one and Ariel scenes are much more rewarding.
Our game is for sure nothing for 100% completionist fetichists.
