All I'm reading there is a bunch of the usual "me me me" stuff, a few obvious insults thrown my way I'll pretend they're meant as bad jokes or harmless observations, like you claimed they are

forced as a noncanonical scene (for now) by some high tier, most likely new subscriber, who only wanted to impose his kinks and preferences in a game that's clearly not for them. That's not the first time this happened, and sadly, it won't be the last either.
The only problem most of us have with that scene is the supply and demand thing it alludes to, cuz I honestly don't believe anyone would be that
generous to pay a few good bucks a month for a single commission scene and then leave. It doesn't make sense, but it leaves room for speculation to be made on whether or not other scenes like that with the rest of the female cast will be added too or not. The same thing that happened in SL after the asspull with the twins' side hustle, which didn't make an ounce of sense storywise for obvious reasons.
It's not, but If by "you" you mean US, the fans who supported Dots in his long journey as a dev, as simple fans or subscribers, not me specifically, than yes, we do have a problem with it for the very reasons I mentioned in my previous posts and other users already did their share of explaining too. There's no need to repeat what was already posted at least a few times. Just go read those comments, your explanation is there.
To answer your last question, no, I didn't, cuz I didn't like all the hints dropped there about that FMC wanting other guys too and the sharing route. Not my thing in romance/harem games, and then the sudden revelation about the twins being literal whores all this time happened. I had a good laugh reading some comments and imagining how other non NTR fans like myself, especially the older, loyal ones, felt about that sudden and ridiculous twist, but to keep it shortly, no, there was nothing interesting about that 'twist', since it only started raising suspicions about the MC's half-sister too and a certain 3-letter word that doesn't belong in a MrDots game. Their words.
So, the whole rant is mostly about you being disapointed the dev doesn't listen to YOU and cater to YOUR tastes and preferences ignoring what most of his other supporters say, doesn't matter how much money THEY have spent on Dots' games till now. Well, welcome to the club and in the democratic world, where the majority decides what happens and the minority respects the decision the majority takes. Can't say anything else.
Sorry you feel like you were scammed or something like that, but Patreon donations are like a tip jar where ppl donate to support their favorite 3d artists and porn game devs out of their generosity thinking they do a good job and deserve the support to keep going strong at what they do. Nobody's forced to give you anything in return but their sincere thanks if they don't want to, and the only thing you can do when you don't want to keep supporting them is to just cancel your pledge and come back some other time doing it again or go support other porn game devs you think do an even better job. That's it. There's no need to throw shade at anyone here, cuz it won't change anything, and ultimately, it's dev's decision who they listen to or not.
This is how business is done. You don't like it, go make your own porn game based on all the stuff you liked and wanted to be in this one, and see how easy it is to make a living off it by ignoring what your supporters say.
