I think he means "thEn don't play a game that this dev team made". Inbounds, but I find the conversation a bit unnecessary. But that might be just me.
weird I only said the animations weren't that good back when I played an older game of theirs so, I asked how they were now a days lol

Yes, there is a need for a mod, because there is things hidden and only certain things unlock if you do certain things. The walkthrough does not tell you these things.
Not saying I don't enjoy your game, but the reasons for the mod are valid. I have played every single one of your games, and they ALL need mods to be played properly imo.

To be honest this is not looking to become one of the best games of mr dots. I played Melody, Sunshine love, and also dating my daughter.
To be honest Melody and Sunshine love are really great. But with this game I am starting to have doubts about being just as great. I might be wrong but then a real plottwist must happen tp keep me aboard. I just wait and see. And give the dev all the best.

i have played DMD, Melody and sunshine love but sunshine love i got bored and dropped most girls did not intersted me and the story was boring as hell...
hell i don't even remember the background of the female characters for that reason i am afraid to touch this game i also read that it has minigames that i despise in porn games also the plot is not attracting me finaly add the slow pacing of DMD and the fear of this happening in this game as well and we have a combination of personal negative feelings about this one...
I don't want to say that this game is not good hell Mr Dots is making amazing games and he completes it but i got bored so much from the previous one that i am not touching this one now or at the near future...

to code 2 games at once NEVER was our intention and it has been more negative than positive for us.
We had to start to code 2 games at once only because of DMD being banned on patreon, and we need to keep our patreon ongoing. So as long as DMD was in development, we were forced to do 2 games asides each other at same time.
Now, since DMD has been finished, we are very happy that we could go back to one game at once.
All developers who actually do UNFORCED 2 games at once, are out of mind imho, as they can't focus.
Better try to do one thing propperly instead of doing 2 games half-hearted.
But for whatever reason, other devs started to do 2 games at once right after we had 2 games ongoing. They might think that's a good way to go, which we can't understand - but hey - it's not on us to tell others how to do.
Best example what will happpen while doing 2 at once you see right now - talking about DMD Fantasy-Scene update vs. Thief Of Hearts.
Long story short: we were forced (not wanted) to do 2 games at once, but we will never ever do that again - except we would be forced again.

Hello to all of our supporters and a Happy 2025!
It's been a while but we’re finally back to work and myself and the team are raring to go for the new year.
Upon our return this week, we’ve made a decision to split the “Thief of Hearts” episodes into “Parts”.
As you know, we’ve released three episodes so far, and these will be known as Part 1. Episodes 4-6 will be Part 2, and so on.
Each of these Parts will have their own game app - this is so we can avoid having the size of the game app blow out which can be problematic for a lot of users playing the game.
Like with our previous games, we’ll implement a “save file transfer” option so your saves at the end of Part 1 (or Episode 3 in this case) will be available at the start of Part 2 for you to select - so you can continue your game unaffected.
We have some fixes to be made to all three episodes that we’re currently working on so expect an update with new download links for Episodes 1-3 very soon. We're hoping to release this small update this month, but we'll keep you updated in case of any future changes.
We don’t have any previews to share with you as yet but new scenes have already been written for Episode 4.
We’ll have some special Valentine’s Day renders posted up next weekend - so stay tuned for those!
