There is quite list what are annoying me.

I've seen this said a bunch of times and now I have to ask, why are people obsessed with hair? I can't wrap my head around it because I find body hair unattractive and often times disgusting, to the point I hated it on myself as well.

There's an element of fashion in the presence or absence of pubic hair. Obsession is only for some. Currently, pubic hair is not as common as it once was. Many people think it's some sort of cultural issue but IMO, it's only marginally to do with that & it's always been optional. Culturally speaking from the Western perspective, it's known that the Romans, amongst others, weren't keen on it but I think we can be certain there was plenty of it around in those times, as now.

Personally speaking, I liked having things both ways for the sake of variety, sometimes with the same woman. Seeing the start of a pubic fleece come into view could be thrilling, as could a totally smooth mound of Venus, as you realise everything's bare. Now I'm off to take a cold shower.....

Enjoyment for the woman comes from the reaction she gets out of the man & the knowledge that her 'skills' caused it. Some women see this as a chance to manipulate a partner in the interests of mutual pleasure. Some women enjoy swallowing & the taste of semen, while some can't stand it.

What I dislike about porn games are the never-ending single & multiple blow-jobs, ending with cum all over the woman's face. It's not sexy IMO, just a bloody mess. Age is certainly an issue. I am old, so much so that my 'best years' where sexual activity is concerned were the '70s & '80s, when those same porn films were made. Surgically enhanced beach-ball breasts obtained solely for cosmetic reasons are a literal 'massive' turn-off. It's one of a number of reasons I dislike the air-bags of 3D porn so much. Tasteful tattoos if well crafted & placed can be nice but tattoos which turn into full sleeves, IMO, do not enhance a woman's beauty or sex appeal. I can take them or leave them but those which cover the legs & destroy the visual experience of the natural contours of what can be such an attractive feature, I find downright ugly.

Clothing has quite a few options, for females anyway, but other than textures, not much you can do to change them. We can mix and match, and some do this, but with all the games out there, most clothes have been seen before, somewhere.

One of the bigger issues I find are the places available. Everyone has seen the 'clothing store'. I have used it myself, though changed textures in it to at least give it somewhat of a different appearance. We can create our own rooms, but it takes time to do so, and then having to stock the room with furniture, knick knacks, etc. Placing them all by hand, making sure they sit on a table properly. This is time some devs don't want to spend doing, for something most people won't appreciate.

Most of us don't have the skill, or the time, to create our own clothing, hair, etc. So we work with what we have.

And Daz has gotten really bad with the Freebies. Most of them are textures for clothing no one uses, as they are for older models. Rarely there will be an asset like a house or furniture that is usable, but that is rare.

I guess since most games are male MC's and some or most are in POV, they probably figure, why bother giving the MC different clothes.

Story-based visual novels. None of you are going to weave between the fine lines of "too much porn" and "not enough porn". Too much porn, your story gets dull and it becomes hard to take it seriously. Too little porn, and it's not fappable. There are even games that somehow make them too hard to get invested in the narrative yet still be unfappable.

For me in the incest genre its that you get a lot of pretty much "ez mode" tropes to get into it like dude has like an aura that makes them more easily fall for him or gets someone to "help" him with an issue and they just outright do that and then escalate from there. Not looking for slow af burn but like part of what makes the genre good is the baggage and drama with it.

I'm surprised with how fast a lot of them dive into sex that I haven't really seen one where you're meeting people you knew again like your family after a while but one of the characters you had already broken the taboo in the past with and part of the story is reigniting that.

It sometimes feels like the average straight male is intimidated by a confident female character who pursues her desires. And when you do get a character like that, it dives headfirst into Femdom territory or she's made out to be a total slut. I'm not fond of domination in general, male or female, so I don't really get to experience stories with confident, non-dominatrix female characters.

I mean its like if you're in a irl relationship likely both of you are going to have sexual interests and one isn't just going to wait around for the other for it to happen. There is a game I like which is fast into sex though I like the visuals in general and a suggestion I gave was an event like MC is painting something from some choices and another female character walks in and if you've progressed the sex stat enough and you also chose to paint herself before she came in then she gets horny and starts touching you up.

I honestly dunno why stuff like this isn't more of a thing like ig its because you the player are choosing when sex happens but like even having it that your action triggers a scene where they're the initiator. It's weirder when like the character becomes "cock hungry" yet only when you're pushing it like why isn't she "cock hungry" when she may feel like it from something happening.

I've also taken a particular dislike for "follower" characters recently. The type of character who takes the "Navi" role and is always around.

These characters never provide much in the majority of scenes. In fact, most often the not the dev has to create a reason why Navi is silent for a time. Oftentimes leading to the same jokes that may have been funny at first, but grow bland and repetitive over time. Ultimately, these characters simply exist for comic relief, and to hold the players hand so their wittle brains don't become confused. They simply become annoying after a time, and honestly a bit insulting lol.

The bdsm/slave -lite, too many games have the bdsm tag only to have a single scene with light spanking or a slave tag where you need to treat them like a queen to have them serve you.

As an irl pro-domme I'm drawn to the bdsm/slave/rough tags but most of the time I'm left with nothing but disappointment. If you're going to have bdsm then fkn do it, the S is there for a reason, sadism is about the pleasure gained from inflicting pain on another. If you're using the slave tag then maybe clarify if it's true slavery (without consent), TPE (total power exchange, which is consensual) or CNC (consensual non-consent aka "rape fetish").
