I can not agree more with the third one. Daz graphics is so heavy on this site I usually just find myself only filtering for 2d games.
I've always found that the uncanny valley feeling with daz renders is hit or miss. Everyone's tolerance to things like that is different, so it's hard to argue with people who don't like it. I seem to be an edge case. Some of the time it doesn't bother me at all and others I just want to throw my laptop when they're on the screen, lol. And that's entirely up to the renders and, for me at least, it's not even a quality thing. It's hard to nail it down actually. Some games with fairly low quality renders don't trigger it and others with obviously high quality images do. It's just something about how the human aspect goes wonky in some of them.
Could be personal opinion for sure but I can play 1000 game with the same Daz models/assets and I can never play one game with Koikatsu art,
I'm goint to say the corruption tag in general. I can mean a million different things, from a girl starting to have more sex to some supernatural evil transformation. We really need better tags.

I have a difficult time getting into the game and story when I feel like the models are somehow unsettling. I think it's mostly how the eyes look so glassy, like there's nothing behind them. There are some like Light of My Life that are not so bad, perhaps because they are so stylized that it doesn't trigger that part of my brain.
What's so special about it? Making such a high-quality render is not a problem for anyone; you don't even need a powerful GPU for that. But if you would like to create visuals for your game of such quality, I will probably disappoint you, but it is simply not possible. To make one portrait in such quality is a relatively simple matter (especially if the character is of the same quality as this one), but to render several thousand scenes for a game in such quality, I would like to see how someone would do it.
The second one isn't too bad but the first one yes, very much so. I think the effect gets amplified when there's a shot of the character staring straight into the "camera" for those first person shots.
This one isn't bad. If devs could do more like this it'd be nice, but I have no idea of the work required for creating hundreds of renders per update in DAZ.
You do if you want hardware that can push out renders like this in a timely fashion that may be readily affordable to an average dev. That can obviously already be made it's almost gen9 default. The second one I shared was the one I was focusing on for more skill in development, but it's mostly lighting and filters which also will require hardware advancements for the average AVN dev to be able to push out faster.You don't have to wait 5 years; you can do it now. But unless you have hardware like Blizzard or Ubisoft, you can forget that a developer sitting at home can create a game of such quality

Some developers here already work with such HW, but they do it in a completely different style than I or you would expect.
The author nails the "Oh, God, I don't want to be here, but I have debts to pay" and " evaluating life choices" look.
I feel like a creep for looking at this. Is there some charity or rescue I can donate to that will get her out of this situation?
No I´ve played hundreds of games and these are the things that came to my mind. There are lots of bad games or games that do these things and waste a lot of potential because of it.
