Make sure the option is saved and then exit and restart the game.

If you skip dialogue you can get there in like 5 minutes.

There's a save built-in to the game. Just go to the load menu and click the skip to content button, then click after prologue.

Be carefull to just clic only one time on ingredients,the glass don't need to be full.And you sometime have to add a glace/freeze or a cherry.
