In the Pleitho route, I somehow managed to snap Jenna's spine in half backwards, making the bj minigame impossible to complete. Had to close and re-open the game. No idea how I managed it, though.

The Steam version gets updates around the same time as the Patreon version.I've gone ahead and bought the game on steam, the game gets auto updated. The Steam version is one version behind the Patreon version.
