Normally all versions get updated together: Patreon has the latest version, Steam the previous version, and itch (free) is two versions back. Anduo Games

You can try playing this game through wine. I use wine 5.11 on Linux and it works great.
AFAIK wine also works on MacOS, but you'll probably need a package manager (brew?) installed or even compile it yourself from sources. I never used Macs so not sure.

I remember from the first time I've played on an earlier version, that you could join in with Jewel in the scene where she gangbangs the guards from the storehouse when you are looking for the whiskey. But I can't find a way to trigger even when I cheated 1000+ perversion, was that option removed from the newer versions?

really? last time i played this game, it reached around 3 gb, is the 32 bit version just bigger or what?
