Edit: I mixed the versions, steam should be 0.44 so maybe they haven't updated yet or they are not aware its not updated yet. In the Patreon page they state that steam is on 0.44

The current Patreon release is 0.44, so Steam should be 0.43. If it's on time, this month's Patreon release will be 0.45.

Well, Main Story has been at a standstill forever. But side stories are just as good and frequently updated.

It's not RPGM so the buttons are different. Rebind your keys at the start if it helps.

Use ur mouse? U can access ur inventory in the upper right corner of ur screen if u do it that way.

I don't think they meant by "side character" stories. It's more like side content for the MC I'd say. Apologies if that's what u still meant.

So far the Bar and Streetwhore path are basically complete. Peitho route is still very much incomplete. I believe the Porn Star scenes is supposed to be its own route as well but is still in progress.

do you happen to know a time range of roughly how much content is in each path? Would like to know which paths are on the longer side

Go into the galley mode, click unlock and compare scene numbers. Sometimes there's more to the path than the H-scenes but still a good way to measure either way.
