You skip the fight with skip mode and hope it gets fixed in any of the future updates (or updates not yet uploaded here).
How am I supposed to skip fights, is there any option to continue without fighting?
There are Unity games on Mac, and they run fine.
Open the options menu and go into game settings, then scroll to the top, there you should have the skip mode which you can switch on. Return to the game and you will see a new button for instant win above your action menu during battle.

If futas count as "f/f" - this game might indeed not "be for you", as far as sexual content goes, anyway: it leans towards lesbian; futa content is actually VERY sparse by comparison, and heterosexual is...eeh - prooooobably a little less frequent compared to f/f, to me it felt like the only thing it was different in was that almost every male is a faceless body (like on the first screenshot), whereas f/f is predominantly with characters that have a face to their name. Or, as you put it, a "full body".
Jenna, the main character, is lesbian (or bi with a girlfriend) at the start of the game. But the corruption mechanic makes women, men too I think just harder to tell since the only playable male is gay, give into their perversions. So Jenna eventually comes to enjoy male attention, because her mind is being corrupted to enjoy semen and really any sort of sexual encounter. So there will be some F/F scenes, some M/F, M/M/F, M/F/F and orgies. There is one futa character, and there is an option for Jenna to buy and wear a prosthetic penis of varying sizes. There is also one ending that has been implemented that Jenna has a choice to have a penis for the final scene, but again it is optional. Also, you almost always get to choose your whether your partner is male or female and can deny Futa or lesbian content if it isn't your cup of tea.
There really isn't that much F/F content to be honest. Usually a man is still involved in some fashion, and most scenes that are exclusively F/F are really more of Jewel or the director, of the pornstar route, teasing Jenna.

I assume gog repository means some download folder of gog games, not them downloading from gog itself, it's a fair warning to give when its a folder from a random on the internet.
GOG game installers are digitally signed by "GOG sp. z o.o.", so just check if signature is valid and you can be sure the installer was not changed by a third party.
