Go to the tent where the ninja girl stays. In front of her tent is a sign post. Interact with it to return to town.

Is there a way to skip or fast forward through the boring ragdoll scenes? I'm playing for the first time in a few years, skipped to the Pietho Route content, and am at the bit where Jenna's giving a blowjob to the random soldier and its miserable. It doesn't have keyboard controls, which means I need to grab the mouse I already put away, the dirty talk just repeats without any indication of when its over and it constantly pops up, which makes the scene last longer. Worse, because I need to use the mouse I'm not playing one-handed, which sucks.

There might be some indicator with the white fuzz that fills the screen border. Its still not fun.
