There's some (weird utterly useless) chat lobby integration in the game that you automatically join now. Like really, who the fuck wants to see some wankers talk in chat while you're spanking to a porn game. WTF?

I haven't played this game in over 2 years, but it looks like it will be done soon, so I might be due for a replay. Can anyone tell me if all the different routes (porn actress, streetwhore, etc.) can be done in a single playthrough or do they require a new game for each one?

Is the achievements of v0.58.1 GOG Version bugged? I started a new game in this version, and every achievement is greyed out and all counts (like the "kill 50 enemies" one) are stuck at 0. Help?

Neither.
At a certain point of the game you'll get a choice, either proceed through the main plot or abandon it completely and pursue side routes instead. From there, you can make a save before and a save after the choice, and replay each route from there.

Anyone knows the paths and how to start them? I want to be as spoiler free as possible while not missing out on content.
You can see the paths in the gallery. It will even tell you how many scenes are in that path, and what you need to do to unlock that scene.
There is one more update and that is the 1.0 full release. Normally Anduo posts an update every month, but they recently took some time off to clean up a bunch of stuff, and add in some small content. They did full updates the last two months that progressed the story, and are seemingly now taking another month to work on the finale. The patreon updates have been kind of vague the last two months because they're close to finishing it.

Yeah, that's a bad sign of permanent Discord damage: there's no way in Hell I'd allow P2P chat connections to anime pr0n. It's basically a one way ticket to "...and then the grooming started".
