The tents on sublevel one has been converted to "healing tents". Just revisit them You need to fight in the fighting pits after your healed a few, 2 per girl if i recall correctly.

you can play the public version to get through the content leading up to sublevel 2 with all the bugfixes.

Yes, a bugfixed version because the currently that fight is impossible. That version is already released just not leaked here yet. I don't think that a restart will be needed for it. Hopefully.
