There any major difference in pure vs full corrupt as far as content? Well, besides lacking it entirely.
I'm curious enough to consider making a second save file to play without being lewd, but if it's nothing major it'd be a waste of time.
I'm assuming the plot continues as it always does and the Pub/Motel/Townhall are in their own bubble, having more perversion doesn't affect anything major it just unlocks options.
I have seen dialogue choices grayed out though, I'm not sure if that's because I got too pervy or because they're just not implemented, one of the reasons I'd like to maybe restart and keep both files going as the game is developed.

We're working on implementing different story content for people wanting to play a non-lewd route. It's not quite clear yet, how large the difference will be though.
As for right now, I don't think there is any difference other than missing out on lewd stuff.

I would think an entirely pure route would be impossible given the nature of the story, at best I could see Jenna refusing many encounters or pretending to go along with it, but I cannot see her getting out the other side entirely unstained...

Well that's a bold assumption, especially since it's not a completely shallow game with only porn and garbage gameplay like most RPGM ones or 90% of Ren'py games. This one's actually got a plot to it, effort, and some decent SRPG gameplay. Nothing wrong with options anyway, it's not taking away from anything else. Plus, there's a ton of lewd content as it is, and beyond that it's probably way easier to implement non-lewd story content since you don't have to draw new art, it's just text and alternative options.
Edit: It dawned on me as I browsed around that I might've sounded like a complete fuckass when I posted this so I'd like to say I didn't mean any hostility by it, it's just the way I speak/type sometimes.

I've really been enjoying this game, but after the I've been unable to change my armor. If I click "remove" on it, it says, "Unable to use guard armor" and if I click "wear" on any other clothing it says, "unable to remove guard armor". Any tips for why that might be happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 
Edit: Wow I'm a big dumbo, I just needed to sleep in my bed in the motel to force her to remove all of her clothes. Then when she wakes up in the morning I can wear whatever I want.

Just started this, so I'll eventually find out the answer, but generally speaking would people who've played it through say what's currently available say the majority of content is m/f vs f/f or is it split more evenly?

ah, bummer. wonder if there are any plans for more f/f or futa/f stuff, the MC was introduced as being in a lesbian relationship and the main badguy from the intro levels was female too

Probably more of that in the future, there's a lot of potential with a few of the NPCs, namely the recruitable dancer right now.
I would definitely not be against some variants of the pub scenes or the motel stuff having girls but it's a world where women are basically livestock, maybe that's just this town and they do have female guards after all. Maybe the first town is all like this but later towns or areas you get to explore can be more f/f centric, since the game's still very early on and all there's a lot of possibilities, especially with what is essentially a time travel rescue plot.
Yeah, the starting town def has that feel but on the other hand, as you say, there are female guards, on top of the main baddie being a female presumably interested in femdom (? just judging from the opening scene).

Related, but are the prison scenes randomly selected? i.e. second scene was a female guard, but rest have all been the male guards, not sure if there are specific guards that are male/female, etc

I used up a few days getting caught and have only gotten males since I got that one female so I think it might've been a onesie.

That being said this is still a game of supposedly lezzie used as a cumdump and enjoying it greatly type of Lechertown setup really. So the whole lesbian part was just to trigger the "lesbo is actually into cocks" fantasy. With lots of degradation/humiliation. No, this isn't a romance dating-sim. At all. Ignoring all the above mentiond content strips the game almost entirelly of its actual content and renders the whole pont of it null and void. There is very little in the way of actual romantic f/f content. Like... one scene? There are a couple of scenes with another girl but that usually includes cum and dicks as well.
So if you guys not into that then this isn't the game for you. This isn't an f/f centric one.. not by a long shot. If thats about to change it would be a total 180. Like playing Resident Evil and expecting a romantic holliday of X Girl with Y Guy on the beach just because X and Y kissed once at the beginning before the zomibe variants began to shred everyone apart.
I'm not talking in the name of the Dev of course, i have no idea of the plans, but currently the content since the beginning is against the f/f focus.
