You have to keep advancing the 'serving tables' part all the way. Eventually they activate the new gloryhole. If you didn't like the blowjob minigame (which i didn't), you probably won't like the gloryhole minigame, since it's a slower version of the same thing.

So is Karen the futa in the 5th street whore reward? I haven't played the early game in quite a while, but calling her 'J' over and over sounded like a pet name.

I'd wager its Leith (the villainess from the opening stage). Knows who Jenna is, wants to use/humiliate her, name tag has her character colour and is deemed "special someone" by the gang's boss.

Hey, right now im at the point where u need to decide whether u want to keep fighting for Karen or give up on her. I wanted to ask if this a important decision with different outcomes/scenes. When i pick to give her up i dont seem to get a new quest.

If you don't agree to help you'll be locked into the paths in town (Peitho, whore and bar waitress).

Enjoy the game for what it is. The creator and patrons decide what gets incorporated into the game, no game can please everyone so let them have their creative freedom. Plus current characters: Jewel, Karen, Floria, Ava, some of the tribe women, members of the Lumber Rats and Pyra have lesbian/bisexual scenes (probably more scenes following updates), as well as possible future characters being lesbians.

So! I was wondering if someone could let me know what triggers the normal/whore/pietho route switches? I played through the game once, but i didnt notice any obvious flags? Maybe i missed the events that cause this? I dont need like... a full guide or anything, just what and where? Like X in the basement or Y in the shower, etc.

After the second boss fight on Sublevel 2 and going to the prison cell in the camp you'll be tasked with going to the town's bar. That's when the choice will begin. Also going to the Townhall after Jenna's adverts are placed all over town and doing it one more time will lock into the Peitho path.

You cannot leave the bar toilet while having the larger belly.
There is a new scene to empty Jennas belly.

Oh I didn't know that. It wasn't in the patch notes so I didn't try the gloryhole again.
Anyway a good addition although it's not my cup of tea
