I am sorry, but I wouldn't consider 4 non-mutually exclusive repeatable activities routes. These are lewd 'jobs' at best and entry requirements to them require previous lewd experience in other jobs: 150+ perversion for hotel whore; 350+ perversion for Townhall gloryhole leading to Peitho route eventually and 600+ perversion for street junkie whore. So you need to be Slut A to become Slut B to become Slut C. Do you see what I mean when saying it's a porn game with overly-simplified slutty progression mechanics and not much else? Especially compared to a rare gem you mentioned, which is Karryn's Prison, where you actually play a sex game, having more control over the lewd content than just revisiting a series of slideshow events until you walk into the bar or townhall booth one time too many. Which indeed is a bad ending, as in bad writing, as if the devs want to say "Ok player, we've run out of ideas for the bar. Here's your end scene, futa dick optional, now jerk off and goodbye!"
If all these jobs, not routes are gonna have such traps for endings, it will be a disastrously bad game design. Nevertheless, in the current version, if you remember to do these two jobs no more than n times, you can run around the town from the townhall to the bar to the dark alley and then finally go on a glorious quest with that stripper and closeted heterosexual cop. A proper route should be either this or that, not this then that then this again.
True, but does this game really have it? Strip it of all porn content and what you're left with is a combination of RPGM barren world explorer with round based tactical simulator which has nothing on oldies the likes of X-COM or Jagged Alliance and a cocktail mixer warped into 2021 from the era of first casual online games. Which is what most lewd games are in essence: average as games, but with tits and dicks, so 5/5. Let's be honest here, would you really play this game as intensely as you have or are now if it wasn't for the NSFWs?

cool essay, but where the fuck do you find street junkie whore path? why everyone knows about this but me? i explored map for hours and unlocked all other paths the fuck.
If you look at the building behind the inn, you will see a shadowy alley. Go to that alley at night (when you have to dodge the guards on patrol).
If you want to continue the main story, go back to a previous save, as you are now on the PEITHO route. Otherwise, inspect everything in the room.

Help! The game won't start. After selecting New Game it enters a black screen with a cursor and literally never loads (I left it running for 2 hours while I ate lunch).

iirc, you should continue to interact with either of the two. It should trigger something after several times.

Wonder around for a bit, select some elements like the mirror, the bed, etc. and the game will progress on its own

You can't yet. If you've done all of the accessible Leila trainings and had two scenes with Pyra, you've done everything you can with Peitho.

Load a save game from before you went down that path. If you don't have one, turn on Show Autosaves in the Load Game dialog. (The game autosaves all the time unless you went to Options and turned them off.)

It think it's and ending path, like the one where she becomes the owner of the bar. It is a bit strange that one can reach these endings so quickly because the little hero's degradation increases exponentially after a few days. I got to both and I just got the wine for the mission (ok, there is abug thawt allowed me to work the night shift at the bar 3 times a day, so that helped!)
