I like how in this game, no one has any concern about getting pregnant...especially considering the amount of sex everyone is having.
Now I know from gameplay or even narrative perspective, that is hard to fit into this game's general tone...
But someone digs that shit you know? Even if there is no actual impregnation process in-game, some passing dialogue during the scenes can make them extra spicy.

1.Make a custom save
2.Find the save in the game folder .sav format with the name u put
3.copy the save somewhere
4.download new version
5.start the game and make play a new game and make a save
6.dump the old save into the folder with the new save
7. And boom

No, I believe it is not. The only additional content in this update is the Dark Alley route with "2" new scenes, which is actually one machine scene and one scene on the monitor, that doesn't even have any options to it in the gallery. So content-wise almost nothing has changed.
I expected at least a little body modification like in the bartender ending.

Yes. You have to work for it, but very much avoidable. There is an intended "pure" path for avoiding enough things, and you will see how that goes in some story interactions if you keep it up. After all, EVERY ENTITY IN THE GAME is fighting (trying and mostly failing) against that corrupting thing the villains unleashed upon the world.
