The context of this website is porn games. Therefore we must assume some kind of sexual fetish is involved. I could pretend f95zone is not a porn site, if I did that, then I'd agree with you.
The title makes me think:
- Piss Drinking
- Sweat Licking
- Spit in Mouth
- At minimum, the consumption of cunnilingual juices, squirt drinking
If none of the above was implied, then the title should be:
- "Longing for my guest"
- "Yearning for my guest"
But once you say "Thirsty for my guest", and there's no urination tag? Shit man, that's just false advertising.

Being thirsty for someone just means you desperately want them not wanting to consume their bodily fluids.
Title is fine, it's just slang not literal.

Thirsty is a very old slang referencing a lust for something. It's decades if not older. Has zero to do with golden showers (another slang that doesn't mean you're going to be engulfed in Bitcoin substitutes).

Sadly it's impossible to get rid of that 304, this game loves rail roading you. There are "choices", but most of the time they are there only to hide sex content and not much else, otherwise I would have got rid of more than half of the cast.
