Does this game has a coherent plotline at this point?

For games like plotline there is a lot of game, and just because there is no plot, there is no point in demanding a plot or anything else.

It is just a game for fuck-fest mixed as a comedy story. Sometimes for some games you need variety like in the style of Grandma's House which also has no plot but is still the best.

on both my playthroughs i told her that i love her and have gotten all scene with her so far tho, so how is she not an LI ?

You must have used Sancho's mod at some point. Or URM. It's not that important either way.
Anyway, I said that in non-moded game, only way to have Renee as LI is to accept Audrey as gf.... (and reject Ryona as consequence of it).
