There are two sets of mutually exclusive girls, Vanessa/Felicia and Ryona/Renee. Other than that, girls know for others, and don't mind.
i only just started season 4 and so far the only two you cant be on path with at the same time is Vanessa and Felicia, i have all other girl unlocked on both felicia path and vanessa path, unless something happens in season 4 ofc.
edit: season 1 was vanessa vs felicia and audrey vs ryona, found out that audrey didten have any scenes in season 2 so did season 1 over and so i had felicia and ryona on same path and the same with vanessa.

If you pick Ryona over the Audrey, you can have Renee as character, but not as LI.

No. It's like an episode of comedy/drama show. You wake up zany/lewd things happen then you go to bed. Wake up the next day and repeat.

For games like plotline there is a lot of game, and just because there is no plot, there is no point in demanding a plot or anything else.
It is just a game for fuck-fest mixed as a comedy story. Sometimes for some games you need variety like in the style of Grandma's House which also has no plot but is still the best.
